The Birmingham Catholic Charismatic Renewal Conference is a family conference for Christians of all ages and is organised by the conference team.

Our vision is to offer an opportunity to gather together in praise and worship, to receive sound Christian teaching from inspirational speakers locally and worldwide, and to celebrate the Holy Mass each day.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Keys for your rooms may be obtained from the Hotel registration desk from 12 noon on the day of arrival and handed in by 10am on the day of departure.

All the Hotel’s sleeping accommodation is charged per person and not per room. If you happen to have been allocated a twin or double for yourself and wish to offer a family member or friend the spare sleeping place this must be paid for.

Please contact Ray Russell who will work out fee and he will register them with the Hotel.

Anyone who stay’s overnight or longer without permission will pay the full Hotel rate.  

This is the Hotel regulation.

CAR PARKING is free.   

WHEELCHAIRS. The hotel is wheelchair friendly.

A Deposit £50 per person is Required;  non-returnable

Please make final payment no later than 21st July. 2017.     

This is a requirement of the Paragon Hotel.

Delay can cause disappointment.

We do not operate a credit / debit card system.

DATA PROTECTION ACT. No details are passed on to any other parties.

CHILDREN are always welcome.

All the leaders have been CRB. (Criminal Records Bureau) checked

Parents are asked to register their children each day and are required to collect them at the end of each children’s session.

Please check children's timetable.

It is essential for the smooth running of the Conference that parents take responsibility for their children.

SAFEGUARDING PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES

Therefore, disclosure of abuse whether occurring in or outside this Conference, now or in the past,      

will have to be reported to the diocesan safeguarding team.

RESPONSIBILITY It is an express condition of booking that the Birmingham Catholic Charismatic Renewal Conference cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or damage to property or loss, or non-availability of accommodation or amenities due to circumstances beyond its control.
